Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the YumHeal app and website (the “Service”). By using YumHeal, you agree to these Terms.
Using YumHeal
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the recipes and content you create or import. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and store the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display your content back to you as part of the Service.
Recipe imports & AI
YumHeal uses automated and AI-based processing to extract and structure recipes. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete — always use your judgment, especially regarding allergens, dietary needs and food safety.
Subscriptions
YumHeal offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (“Pro”). Paid subscriptions are billed through the app store you purchased from, and renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nutritional information and “Make it Healthier” suggestions are estimates and not medical or dietary advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YumHeal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
